Winter Solstice falls on the 21st December each year, and marks the day that the sun lights up the Northern Hemisphere for the shortest amount of time.  ⁣

It symbolically marks the death and rebirth of the sun, and is a powerful time to go inwards and honour ourselves, our journeys and the light and shadow parts of us that have been our teachers and our guides throughout the year.  ⁣

During this ceremony, we'll be working with the potent energy portal that the Winter Solstice provides, inviting the light back in, setting our intentions for the year ahead & pouring love into our souls 💜⁣

⁣We will begin with a guided grounding meditation and breath work, followed by a heart opening cacao ceremony, connecting into our bodies and nourishing our souls with embodied movement, and clearing our energy bodies and fields with sacred sound healing and reiki energy healing.  ⁣
